Slide 37 - Tipos de Sprints

Agora estou trabalhando no Scrum 2 e a forma de pensar sobre isto é – vamos usar o mesmo gráfico do princípio da apresentação. O Scrum do tipo A, o primeiro Scrum, fazia tudo de uma vez. Acabada uma iteração, ocorria um momento para a sintonia antes da próxima iteração e assim por diante. Rapidamente dissemos: “Olha, queremos um estágio anterior, alguma coisa para este incremento, queremos ter um pré-estágio aqui e eliminar esta lacuna porque isto nos faz perder muito tempo. Desta forma, logo em seguida, no segundo Scrum, na Easel, nós fomos para este tipo B. Na PatientKeeper, onde estou agora, é o tipo C. Nós estamos empurrando múltiplas iterações dentro do mesmo grupo de equipes, simultaneamente, a todo o tempo.

So, now I'm working on Scrum 2 and the way to think about that is – let's take the same chart at the beginning. Scrum type A, the first Scrum, did everything at once, finished one iteration, then it was this kind of tune up time before they started the next iteration and so forth. Very quickly I said “hey, we wanna a pre-stage, some stuff for this increment, we wanna do some pre-stage here and eliminate that gap cause we are loosing a lot of time. So we very quickly in the second Scrum at Easel we went into this type B. PatientKeeper, where I am now, is type C. We are actually pushing multiple iterations through the same group of teams, simultaneously, all the time.
