Slide 6 - Takeuchi e Nonaka

Hoje meu foco será principalmente na conexão japonesa e isso vem essencialmente de Takeuchi e Nonaka. Eu já mencionei o artigo de 1986. Em 1995 eles publicaram um livro chamado “The Knowledge-Creating Company” e eles fizeram atualizações e realmente focaram seu trabalho em seu último livro, “The Hitotsubashi on Knowledge Management”. Hitotsubashi é uma escola de negócios no Japão que foi criada como resposta japonesa para a Harvard Business School. Um deles foi professor na Harvard Business School por muitos anos. Ele voltou para o Japão e iniciou a Hitotsubachi.

So today I'm gonna focus mainly on the Japanese connection. And that comes mainly to Takeuchi and Nonaka. And I mentioned already the 1986 paper. In 1995 they published a book called “The Knowledge-Creating Company” and they've updated and really focused their work in their latest book, “The Hitotsubashi on Knowledge Management”. Hitotsubashi is a business school in Japan that was created as the Japanese answer for the Harvard Business School. One of those guys was a professor at the Harvard Business School for many years. He went back to Japan and started Hitotsubachi.
